“My husband hired McArthur and dealing with him has been a complete pain in the ass. My husband is currently incarcerated and every time he calls it's the same story. His lawyer isn't available, he can't answer or doesn't know anything regarding his case, or he hasn't came by to meet with him when he was supposed to.”
