Massey Law Group is UNEQUIVOCALLY the best choice for legal representation! I was a victim of a hit and run accident in April of 2023. This was my first experience with an accident of this magnitude. My vehicle was totaled and I also sustained multiple injuries. Being inexperienced, initially I sought representation via one of the prominently advertised auto accident law firms in my region.  I was left sorely disappointed by the lack of communication, inability to speak to those assigned to my case, as well as the lack of proper medical care recommended to quell my injuries. Within three weeks of being with that firm, I was advised to consider Massey Law and quite frankly it was the best possible decision that I could make regarding the matter! Upon my inaugural call with Massey Law, I was immediately patched through to the lead attorney of the group, Ross Massey. I was immediately impressed with his instantaneous consideration of my case and how knowledgeable he was related to the subject matter. Within the next four hours, I had been invited to discuss my case in person, assigned and introduced to both a lawyer that would handle my case (Saif) and his assigned paralegal (Alfredo), as well as recommended to the corresponding medical professionals with would properly treat the injuries that I sustained in the accident. Over the next seven months of undergoing the process of resolving this matter, every person and entity attached to or recommend by Massey Law provided the most professional and comprehensive efforts and services fathomable. While I only enlisted Massey Law for the Bodily Injury claim, they provided information and resources of support for my Personal Property claim at no additional costs. Additionally, Saif and Alfredo were available for any question or concern that I had throughout the process (and I had a lot).  They were patient, kind, and understand with my ignorance of the process and made several concessions solely for my comfortability and benefit. My case was able to be concluded in less than a year, with no litigation necessary, due to the legal prowess of the Massey Law Group. Furthermore it concluded in a manner in which I was compensated in the most equitable fashion possible! This experience was initially daunting and extremely worrisome but with the help of Massey Law and their superb staff and associates, I now have transitioned what was a potentially damaging and traumatic experience into an experience that has helped me in such a tremendous fashion. Forever grateful to Ross, Saif, Alfredo, and all other parties for assisting me. I am fully aware that had I kept my previous representation that I would not have had the outcome in which I did and I FULLY RECOMMEND them for all legal representation pertaining to auto accidents!
