Highly recommend Kimbrough. From the start to finish the entire staff was professional, kind, informative and responsive to my calls. My 84 yr old father went for elder care advice for him and my mother with ALZ. He had a good existing POA but it potentially lacked the full financial power he would want his agent to have. A new will was done should he pass before my mother that would care for her with a trust.

Very professional in meeting; quite expensive especially as I had most of documents previously prepared and need updating. Quick to take large deposit and not quick in their work. No communication 5 weeks post the initial meeting and no sense of when the work will be complete.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, timely responsive to our inquiries, patient with our need for more information or clarification, and understanding about our needs. The firm's underlying philosophy is to protect the client; in other words, to lessen or prevent any liability the client may face. We would gladly recommend Kimbrough Law to other people that would have the need for wills, powers of attorney, or powers of health care. While we are not aware of other legal issues that the firm can address, we would not hesitate to ask them to help us or to refer us to a law firm that is as capable as Kimbrough Law.
