They handle my auto injury claim. The service was great. Excellent communication by the attorney and paralegal. Very pleased and I highly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Greathouse accepted my case with the knowledge that the statute of limitations was very close. Then at the 11th hour he decides to drop my case for reasons he believed reduced my chances of a good recovery despite liability not being disputed. He was going to leave me high and dry until I notified him of my intent to file a bar complaint against him, so he did the bare minimum and filed the complaint on my behalf leaving me to represent myself. His paralegal indicated that my chances of getting a large settlement were zero to none, but thankfully I can report that he was wrong. I was able to secure a sizable settlement on my own even after Mr. Greathouse dropped my case less than a week before the filing deadline. It should be noted that I did not misrepresent any of the facts of my claim. I answered all questions completely and honestly. In their haste to snag what they believed would be a big-fish commercial claim, they failed to do their due diligence to select only cases they believed to be a good fit for the firm. As the saying goes, "Everything that glitters ain't gold." I do not recommend this firm.
