I have had the most joyful experience with this firm. To be specific, Mrs.Scott is the most pleasant and professional staff member I have ever worked with from any firm. I am so honored to have Attorney Felton and his team representing me. And, this is why I would recommend this firm to everyone seeking to be treated respectd with top tier service.

I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending Seay/Felton, LLC Trial Lawyers to my colleagues or family. I’ve used they’re services in 2018 when they were known as Stuart, Seay & Felton at which time Ms. Henderson was the individual who usually corresponded with me she was great. After suffering a rear end collision with my sister and 2 young nephews in 2020 I decided to use they’re services once again but my recent experience has proven that service has declined significantly. I’ve spoken with the paralegal who’s responsible for my case and she’s lied to me on a few occasions, I’ve spoken with one of the owners on June 11th and he assured me that my case would be completed in a few days. Today is July 12th it’s been over 30 days since our last conversation with no correspondence from anyone and it’s been 5 months that the paralegal has been saying she’s waiting to here from the adjuster. At this point I don’t what to do but share my experience.

Seay/ Felton, LLC Trail Lawyers were professional and courtesy. The Staff took the time to explain each area of the legal process, and consistently took my opinions seriously. I would choose and highly recommend Seay/Felton to anyone seeking legal advice.
