The most unorganized, unprofessional, poor communicating law firms I've ever seen. First, I received a phone call from someone talking to me to see if I had an attorney for accident I was in. I told them know. After a few moments of speaking I begin to trust the person out of speaking to and he can get me to let set alarm for he works with represent me. So he sent me the documents and it happened to be Kanner pintaluga. I was promised that I would have doctors if I sign with them on Wednesday I would have a doctor sometime Thursday morning so after I signed, there was no communication with me Thursday or Friday so I decided if I didn't hear from them Monday I was going to terminate the contract. Someone call me Monday and got me into a doctor. I felt a little bit at ease but getting in touch with these people is some type of a chore is no one knows what the other person's doing they just answer the phone with hello you don't know your calling a business anything! I needed my attorneys to speak with my insurance company and they took 3 days to reply and it cost me a payment and all of my bills to go negative in my insurance to lapse. I sent them a letter explaining why I do not need their services anymore and they refused to give my files to my new law firm. When we call they either don't reply they don't answer the emails and they pretty much act like we don't exist. I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona bar. Do not use these unprofessional people I swear they sound like they're offshore when they talk to you.

William Nix was a intouch case manager. He always returned my text and or emails. If he didn't know something he always got back with me with an answer after he got the info.

I have to say Dominique Russo help me continually.. I didn't have to call him he kept me informed on my case and he insured I knew step by step with everything.. He gets five star customer service.. Milton
