Yes very horrible communication…as I understand my case isn’t the only case they have so I’ve been exercising extreme patience…my case is settled but I haven’t received my settlement yet…accident was in September 10 2023…and it is now December 11 2024..so for the past 4 months my Lawyer Dominique has ironically been on lunch every time I call to get information and hasn’t returned a 1 phone at my request to call me back to see what the hold up is…would not recommend someone who dodges you for months to avoid a 2 minute phone call‼️

After my car accident, Kanner and Pintaluga came to help me immediately the same day.
Over the course of a year and a half everyone that I spoke to or was assigned to my case was more than helpful and friendly to say the least. And the last representative who I communicated with frequently, Roy Bouhnik, was really on top.of things when the case was coming to end.
I appreciate all their hard work in helping me through it all!
I'd recommend them to my family and friends.

If you want a company that will communicate with you this one is not it. The first few weeks will seem okay and after that whether you email, call or leave a voicemail you will be avoided. For a minor accident that happened in June 2024 I have yet to receive I call them constantly for updates and are giving the run around. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment and handling of my case and will never recommend them to anyone. I experienced more stress dealing with Kanner than the accident. and I have evidence on my case they seem to have misplaced everytime we talk
