I'm in the middle of a case with you now so truthfully I can't give a final review but no problem so far ok/ things have changed in a hurry! When it came time for my Lawyer to get involved he did a about face on what he told me for over a month. But that doesn't bother me as much as he0 just straight out lied. When I confronted him he just hung up on me I keep records of our conversation day dates and times . I don't know if the hole ferm is like this. I THINK HE SHOULD BE HELD Accountable If he lied about this what else will he lie about ( IF YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR LAWYER THEN WHO CAN ONE TRUST )

I had an issue. Rather than even listening through my full issue, I was bounced around between four different entities. I was sent to a doctor and racked up a bill. Just to be finally contacted by a fifth entity. Informing me that there was a six entity and that the fifth one was denying me(DANA). She was short with me, she was definitely rude and she was 100% abrasive. she told me four separate times that she is the top producing underwriter for the lawyer. Leaving me to believe that I should just shut up and accept whatever she said!At one point I almost asked her did I directly up in her while telling her about my case! After finally convincing the person to stop being defensive and listen to me finally, I was allowed to move forward to the sixth round. The sixthThen told me that she is my actual lawyer was denying my case. With this company you will not be treated like a person you will be a number. For them it is just business as usual.

I highly recommend no one come to this law firm my lawyer name is Steven Fair the worst lawyer ever the worst company ever they do not care about you or what happened to you my kids was in the bad car wreck Aug 8th 2021 last year and today is March 25th 2022 do y'all know I only heard from my lawyer twice and when I call him he act like he's not interested in and nothing I have to say he doesn't really talk to me he doesn't really give me answer he doesn't really tell me anything I done call the company about it I want a new lawyer but my decision is on getting ready to find me another lawyer firm to go to I would never recommend anyone to come to Morgan Morgan law firm they do not care about you they do not keep you updated my lawyer told me once I call him the other day because he's not calling me that the other car insurance only offer up to this or that per person I've been knew that that's why I got a lawyer my kids could have died my son lost half of his feet and knee at 6 years old what do I have a lawyer for I would not have highly recommend no one to go to Morgan and Morgan Steven's Fair the lawyer is the worst on the planet thank you

They didn't take my car crash case because nobody received a ticket at the car crash. So unless your case is easy and somebody do get a ticket then they won't fight for you is what that means to me.

Absolutely useless. They won’t advise on anything unless they think they can make some money. I’d find a real lawyer and not the Walmart of law firms if you need assistance.

Horrible customer service

I have been dealing alongside my wife with a car accident case for about a year now, and have received minimal information about her case at all. For example, it has been three months, and all I have been told is that they would return my calls, or send me an email, and yet I receive nothing. At this point and time, her case manager has changed 3 different times, leading to us to to become more confused as this process goes along. It is very disrespectful to her as a client to be treated this way considering she was not even at fault in this accident. It is disgraceful that a law firm like this can blatantly lie about being "For the People", while absolutely showing zero regard for their clients. I will never be contacting this law firm ever again if I ever need any sort of legal representation in a case.
