Worse law firm ever. Run don't stop here. Morgan and Morgan takes advantage of low income victims. The attorney never return calls. They have been working on a simple at fault case for 3 years now with no results. There were 3 other people in the vehicle who weren't hurt but they received compensation already because they didn't go to Morgan and Morgan. I spoke to another client of Morgan and Morgan who has a similar case and she said, they took 6 years to close her case and her compensation was only 25K which is what the insurance company offered her in the first place. However, she only received $6000 after they took their cut. This law firm especially preys on people in the southern region like Georgia and Florida. I'm sending my complaint to the press to have them investigate it. Maybe this will force the bar association to look deeper into the antics of this firm.

Spoke to an attorney named Taylor. As soon as I disclosed who I was trying to sue, he laughed and mumbled something about just hanging out with them. He waited for about three weeks (with ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION) and I got an auto call and a letter that said they were not taking my case cause they did think I had a case. I'm sure you guys did not because your employee is FRIENDS with the group. Look business is business. If there was a conflict of interest say that and refer me to another attorney in your network. But I have to say this was an absolute waste of my time and resources. I am now looking for another attorney. For an idea of how much time has been wasted- the incident happened in JUNE. It's now August. I am afraid they've wasted my time to even do anything about the situation. Steer clear of Morgan and Morgan.

Frustratingly long message to listen to before OP answered. The Case Mgr got email wrong after I spelled it. Finally got that corrected, but didn't arrive, so contract was sent my Messages. Very frustrating start.
