I spoke with Rodney, who initially stated they would be able to help me and gave me a reasonable time frame. Well, that time frame came and went without any update. I emailed him and he finally told me they no longer have the staff. Just be careful with this company as they will not update you on what’s happening.

Natalie Jackson was the lawyer I spoke to and after a throughout discussion, she advised me that I could likely manage the accident claim on my own (as she didn’t want to take a percentage when it was something I could do on my own). Her honesty about that was extremely nice- but most importantly she walked me through what to say and what steps to take to ensure the claim would be handled. This firm was prompt, followed up, provided exceptional advice and was up front about every single thing. Natalie took the time to help me, reassure me and provide help during a very stressful time; and she did this all without wanting a thing in return!
