Tom and the entire team are very professional and quick to take care of any questions or issues that may arise. My case was handled carefully and in a timely manner, and the result of the hearing was the best possible outcome. I'd definitely recommend this team to others, and I know who to call in the future if I need more legal help. I was referred to Tom a few years ago before I could do anything about my situation, but he still talked to me and my family about what we could do in the future, and when the time came, we retained his services. You can tell he cares about the people he works with, and there have been several instances during the course of my case that only served to cement that sentiment further; such as taking a very urgent call over the weekend and giving us his personal cell just in case. The day of the hearing, he showed up to the courthouse early and came prepared. We talked about what to expect, so there were no surprises going into the courtroom. I had a great experience with this law firm Lafrances had gotten right on top of my case as soon as I got in the accident and with the help of my attorney Ashlan and the Case manager Ebony they made it easy to get to my doctors appointment along with my physical therapist and got me the money I needed to bounce back on to my feet.
