The worse, I’m professional will have your case just sitting there just because he’s too busy! I hate to knock a black business down, but this is the worse represent exactly what Atlantis ghetto please don’t waste your time I don’t care how many billboards you see run! If it’s not a big he doesn’t care will overcharge you for nothing!

This attorney was recommended to me. But I didn't feel I got the best service. My initial attorney was awesome, great follow up and available. However she quit. The next attorney was rarely available and didn't seem too interested in my case. He took the word of the other attorneys client without asking my version. He didn't even question the issues after our talks. He just didn't impress me with concern. I felt my case was small and unimportant. And I've heard good things about this firm.

O out of 10 would certainly not recommend. The communication is extremely poor. You will go through many attorneys and contacts before your case is settled. They operate very unprofessional from the young lady that answers the phone. If you want a firm that is fair and upfront do not choose this one. I signed my daughter up to be a client with this form before she even graduated high school. She had just also turnt 18. I have been the only point of contact for her case along with them having me sign all documentation etc. all of a sudden when I start to question the breakdown, fees, and the work that they claim They were doing but was not they send me an email saying they can’t speak with me they must speak with my 19 year old daughter. Not only am I having issues with them my mother who I referred to them are having the same issues. They say they have relationships with medical providers that they send you to but that’s a lie also. They are not connected as they say they are. You will find yourself doing the footwork on the case trying to get your fees reduced because they will drag their feet. Just a heads up that you want to support business but it’s hard to when they give this type of service. Beware!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Danielle (my lawyer) is really nice and answered any questions I had. If you want updates just call or email, or even text. Competitive rates as well. I was quoted 33% or higher but their rates were below that and reasonable. Overall, I would recommend them.
