They have a lack of communication and they’re nearly impossible to reach after they have your money!! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Mr. Pate was my attorney representing on a unique situation. Despite the claims and charges put forth, he did a thorough analysis of the case - vehemently pointed out the "assumptions made in the charges", refuted the ambiguities and got the best possible outcome for me. He was always professional in his approach, knows what he is doing and maintains his calm and composure no matter what the situation. We were truly blessed to have him on our side.

Thank god for Brian Tevis he save me. I highly recommend him to any one who has legal troubles to hire him you won’t regret it.

From the commercial ad, this attorney appeared to be compassionate as well as sincere. I thought, he was one we could trust and that he was motivated to fight for justice, right? He told us via his commercials, that he was inspired to become a lawyer after being given the run around by the insurance company because of his father's previous experience. He even showcased a pic of his father, remember that? He wanted us to buy int from his television ads that his primary goal was to obtain justice for all of us. He gave us the impression that he was better than the big guys or bigger companies because he was REAL, had true compassion for his clients. Well, those many displays of compassion is what prompted me to call his office. I, too, was given the run around by a big insurance company and I wanted someone who understand, who was REAL. After weeks of frustration, I knew in my heart, that Andre Dennis was the attorney to call. BOY WAS I WRONG! Upon my initial phone call to his office, I was informed that Andre Dennis wasn't interested in taking my case because either I, or my daughter hadn't incurred any injuries or as the receptionist stated, I had already informed the insurance company that we did not have injuries and because i forced her hand for honesty, he admitted that this case wasn't worth much monetarily in so many words, there wasn't much profit in it for Dennis. With this information, I realized that this attorney, like most of them today, are only interested in cases that could land them a six or seven figure settlement. Whatever happened to them honoring the oath they took upon being licensed. All I was seeking was advise on how to handle the insurance company. I was more than willing to pay for whatever for his services. I too want justice for myself and my daughter. I'm more than capable of handling the insurance company on my own with proper guidance. However, apparently, a few hundred dollars from me was worthless to Mr. Andre Dennis in comparison to the 6 or 7 'figure salary he could land elsewhere. Had we been injured or perhaps faked an injury, I'm sure he'd been happy to take my case. Unlike most, I'm not in the business of faking injuries. Contrary to his fake commercials, I'm a woman of true honesty and integrity and now I'm appalled by his TV ads, billboards and all! I wrote this review to educate and to help those of you who, like me, believe in truth, honesty, compassion, and integrity. I want you to realize that Dennis law firm is NO different than the big guys. He too has a greed for money and if there's not much in it for him, he won't waste time talking with you or let alone, take your case. Greed--is a real beast but as we know, it is Real! A big company may be your best option after all! Good Luck!

All I can say is thank God my family was referred to Pate Johnson, & Church firm. My daughter had a terrible accident at her day care and we were lost and did not know what to do.
