If I could honestly give zero stars I would... Our case was taken December 9th, 2023 ... They JUST dropped our case September 99th, 2024. on Friday it was going to court. On Monday, they no longer wanted our case because they weren't going to get more than a $100k at the end of it... Ok, that's $40k for them and $60k for us .... My husband's broken back isn't even worth $40k to these people????? What that money could have provided our family. No wonder they only post about the millions they win. It's the only cases they'll take. Absolutely no contact from our atrocious attorney, and when we did talk to her she was so rude. The only time we could get a hold of anybody is when we called the complaint line. They dropped our case and referred us to a smaller attorney that wasn't even in our state. They've completely giving up helping us find a different attorney. Nor do they want to give us a letter saying why they dropped our case... Yeah, because you can't put in writing that your money hungry, doesn't look good. They wasted 9 months of our lives!!!!! Now we will be lucky to see if we can even find an attorney that will take our case almost a year later. Don't hire these people. Waste of your time, even in a "slam dunk case"

The lady on the text messages kept asking questions I sent over in summary text that I pre prepared. That was aggravating. But the lady on the phone was better. Still not bad over all. Just a little too systematic and not present in real time outside of the “script”
