If I were you, please do not use Morgan and Morgan, unless you just have time to be wasted because you will be waiting for a long time to get something or nothing. You will never know. They are not professional at all nor do they follow up like a lawyer firm suppose to do. I had my accident in February of this year and as of a few days ago my case was closed out with only a $351 check. 6 months ago. It was not my fault . My car was totaled out and I was and still in pain.They will send you out to doctors before checking the personal injury claim or policy and you will be flooded with calls from doctors for awhile. So you are thinking they are on their game so Im going to these appointments and within a few weeks they stopped treatment because they found out they exceeded the policy limit. Also what ever you do don't go to the hospital in a ambulance or get treated for anything unless it's really serious. My bill was $35,000 alone just for that. That's so ridiculous and outrageous. So basically for an accident that was not my fault and me minding my own business one regular day it cost me my car. Put me in pain, put me out of work. Living with my mom all for $351. I never got to talk to the lawyer that was assigned to my case. Just the case manager. So trust my post. Don't do it. They are not for the people. They are unprofessional and overworked. People are relying on them because of their name and they been around along time. To commercialized now. Go with a smaller company rather than the large or you will be waiting for ever on a settlement, they don't follow up with you. You will be calling them and will get their voicemail. The things I got done or resolved. I could have done myself with out them. Having regular insurance would have paid off my car. Having regular insurance would have gave me a check to put down on a car again but just going with Morgan and Morgan I incurred over $50,000 In medical expenses, no car and me sitting down for six months. Enough was enough. I'm back on my feet now but not because of thier help but because of my own and family. Don't do it.
