Excellent customer service and support

Morgan and Morgan is a "Better Call Saul" that will waste your time, and their motto is “We don’t get paid unless you do”, but you’ll either not get paid at all, or, they’ll take 61% of whatever they’re able to recover in your case. After taking them on as my attorney in a personal injury (slip & fall in a restaurant) lawsuit, going through all the motions of going to the doctors and physical therapy, sending them photos and all info requested (via Email) to their case worker(s) (* because they’ll keep switching them on you), and submitting my “pain levels” to them regularly on an app they had me download, they waited 7 months later, to randomly call me and say that they “were not taking my case”. And I was beyond distressed and confused, and when I asked why, they responded that “after reviewing it, they decided that we can not prove I got hurt where I did”, and then advised me to continue to pursue the lawsuit but just not with them. It left me flabbergasted. Now I’m back to square one, but only with thousands more dollars in medical bills, harassment letters and phone calls from doctor’s offices saying I owe balances, and a pain in my knee that might affect me for many years to come. I have reasons to believe someone bought them off. And I really hope that no one ever has to experience the mental anguish that Morgan & Morgan has caused me with their case/claim. It's a racket.

It is an experience that I do not recommend to anyone. They were never direct, they made me waste 4 months and the answer was that they cannot do anything, meaning that they are abandoning my son who almost died in an accident due to causes beyond his control. Bad experience.
