My case never got started on the right foot. The request for insurance letter sent to the owner of the dog that bit me was sent to the wrong address initially. It took months for me to finally confirm that it was sent to the correct address, then a month later I was told my case is being dropped due to insufficient insurance. I feel I lost out on any possible compensation for my physical and mental anguish I’ve experienced from this incident due to the lack of effort and organization from Morgan & Morgan.

Very disappointed in their handling of my injury case! Used them in 2019 and was pleased with my results but on this new liability case they decided that after nearly 5 months they could not represent me any longer! I think the attorney I was assigned to was fresh out of law school and did not know how to handle my case! From the time she was assigned my case she displayed a complete lack of confidence!
