Morgan & Morgan touts itself as the largest law firm. They clearly operate like a machine that doesn't care about its clients. I wish I had gone with another law firm. I only spoke ro an actual lawyer twice over the 11 months that it took to remove my case. They sold me on how they litigate cases immediately but never did that for my cases and waited until the settled the first case to tell me that they wouldn't pursue the 2nd case. I would never use nor recommend them to anyone. If you have an accident run away from Morgan & Morgan.

Fast and professional service. They communicate clearly through the whole process and really listened to what I had to say. All the way through, I feel like they took great care of me. Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but I know who to contact if I need more legal help.

They assigned my case to atty 200 miles away and then failed to investigate the scene or contact the witness before she moved away. Had to fire them TWICE! Terrible experience. Then I filed a complaint within their system and never heard a word. Avoid.

I didn't get as far as the initial discussion. I entered an inquiry online. Someone called me back. I was on a work call so I called back. I received a very rude individual. In the middle of me answering a question, she hung up on me. I would never use or recommend this firm for anything.
