I have a lawyer that had my case since last year January the 12th 2023 they call me this year and said that people wanted to settle for 15k my medical bill was 11k I told them that I'm not accepting 15K then they say we're going to deposition but every time I call on the same day that it has been rescheduled later on that day they said it's been rescheduled again this is the second time for reschedule they are trying to make me settle for something that I don't want I have not heard nothing from them and I'm just getting the runaround they did not ask me what I want to settle for anything the case manager can only do so much but it seems like the lawyer is not doing what he supposed to do my wife had an accident a couple years ago and they gave her a lot back with no problem that's the reason why I went with them for my first time

I mailed my large claim packet to this office on MAY 8th signed by a K AMEY yet no one contacted me. I ve been contacting your Orlando office but somehow can't find an Atlanta lawyer to speak with about my claim packet you received?
