Very nice.

You never keep me up dated on my case. I have to call and leave messages every day twice a day for 2-3 weeks to get any kind of Response. You call my husband to give him updates more often than me. And it’s taking almost 1-1 1/2 years to get final payment. And I still don’t have it. Would I recommend you, NEVER.

I Felt I can rely on this company to help me and my situation.

We have had three great experiences with M&M. Very professional. Very detailed oriented. They took care of EVERYTHING after the first initial phone call. Just let them do what they do and I promise you will be pleasantly satisfied.

So I basically bought a brand new lemon. First week I had it, it went into the shop. When I got it back more problems came up. Kept returning it to the dealership to get repaired. They did absolutely nothing to solve the problems. The truck ended up in the shop for five months. Dealership wasn't helping me. Their manufacturer didn't help. They made it worse. So I called M&M. They took their asses to court and they WON. Now I did get a settlement instead of a new truck. I used that to pay off the POS truck. Finally got rid of it and traded it in for a new truck. M&M went to bat for me and it was a home run. M&M don't play. They were with me every step of the way. Thank you M&M

I had already been contacted about this case on the weekend and was contacted again on Monday for more details so after getting a bunch more details and being transferred to a person who was supposed to be in a specialized department- he ceased to help me once I asked about why they gathered information over the weekend and denied me just to ask for more information about my case against on Monday and that I was happy they were taking another look at it…. He stopped right there and said if they denied to help me over the weekend that there was nothing more to do- his work was done…. So all the additional information gathered and my time was completely wasted and for what????

So far they have walk me thru the process I have no complaints

I wasn't thrilled with the feedback but I already expected that going into it. It is what it is. I just wish there were more protections and options for female employees in the workplace.
