I called for help cause I seen they were handling cases for issues concerning a base I was stationed on. I was transferred to an answering service person who was a bit rude and condescending. When I was asked questions about my condition concerning my case, he was vague, so when I started to answer, he cut me off and stated that some of my conditions had nothing to do with the issue I was claiming. I explained that I’m not a doctor and he asked for my medical conditions, all conditions, how do I know what is related for a claim for exposure to elements on a base that I was on years ago? Then they call back a few days later and say they can’t help but they did give me a number to call. Now I had them help me for past issues and they were fantastic! Not any more I guess…..

The staff was very professional, extremely patient, and seemingly empathetic to my plight. I was astounded at the urgency that was placed on accepting this case and how knowing that Morgan Morgan will now represent me is it comfort that I did not feel before when getting a fungus in my eye from the contact solution that Johnson & Johnson distributed to eye doctors several years ago and how it has since then it's been brought to my attention by my optometrist who relayed this information to me and how it ended the mystery of where the fungus came from. Currently I'm in need of having my left lower eyelid removed surgically and how the surgeon Dr Lahner refuses to operate on me cuz he claims I still have an outstanding balance that needs to be paid first from 20 years ago.
