My experience with M&M has not been the best. In the beginning things were great they called with updates and made sure my doctor's appts were going good. However, after the doctor's visits were done I didn't hear from anyone. My lawyer and case worker changed 3x without my prior knowledge, no one called with updates anymore, and it was a nightmare trying get someone on the phone to give me updates on my case. One case worker actually sent the my info to the wrong insurance company. I can say that despite the small lack of courtesy and some professionalism, they did ensure my daughter and I got some of the best care after our accident and my settlement was fair my daughter's settlement hadn't come in at the time of this post. All in all they were not terrible but it was a less than favorable experience for my first time needing an accident attorney.
