It’s sad how people need help with legal issues and these firms don’t have a bone for humanity to help people with their cases. How simple is it to just listen and understand someone pain. I guess if u sound a certain way and the complaint don’t sound true they won’t help. I pray some attorney with a heart can take my case. I will never refer anyone to Morgan and Morgan. I was transferred to someone without even being notified. It’s as if they didn’t care about my issues. People these days don’t have any empathy and it’s sad. Smh i know someone will take my case and we will win big

My first initial contact with Ms. Latoya was fairly okay. She made it clear that if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. However, the last couple of times we talked, she did not show any concern or consideration as to how frustrated I was feeling. Ms. Latoya made me feel like my case nor I was a priority and that she was bombarded with work, and rushed to end the call. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.

Although Morgan and Morgan has the name and is seen everywhere please do not waste your time going to them. They cannot even get the timeline of events correct and have so many different people working on your case it becomes confusing. This law firm will cause more injury to your case. Put your trust in smaller firms who have the time and care enough about your case.

Intake reps with massive language barriers repeatedly call you. Finally reach one who can partially understand then receive an "I'm sorry, we are unable to assist you." Was informed I received a consultation when I never spoke to an attorney. To my understanding, a consultation is conducted via client & attorney. A waste of time I cannot get back!

This being my first accident, I am sad to report that the process of working with this team was more painful then the injuries sustained in my accident. I wish I could select 0 stars. To add more color, I had the scare of my life in July 21 when I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle. In the initial engagement, the first point of contact was swift to execute an agreement when I initially reached out to inquire on the services provided. None the less within 30 minutes I was in a contractual agreement with Morgan&Morgan. While it was sudden, I decided to trust this large branded firm to provide me top quality support. Unfortunately the experience working with the team was nothing of the sort.
I was initially assigned a point of contact that was very helpful. She provided resources so I could get the proper medical treatment needed. Her communication was great. Unfortunately at some unknown point she left Morgan&Morgan. I was not notified of this change, so there was a period of time at which I was reaching out for feedback with no response. I completed my treatment in November 21 and could not get in contact with the person I was assigned. Talk about anxiety in an already high stress situation. It wasn’t until I escalated my concerns through a support team that I was notified that my case was assigned (several weeks prior) to Princess.
Princess reached out shortly after explaining she was “just” assigned. She inquired on where I was in my treatment plan which I shared I had completed in November 21. Keep in mind this is Late December. During this intro, I shared with her that I never spoke with my lawyer since starting the case. She explained her role, and I advised I still wanted to atleast hear from the person who was assigned. (Ps. It took an additional escalation request to finally be connected with my lawyer in Summer 22)
In late December Princess advised that she would be reaching out to get the bills from the places at which I received treatment. At that point we reconfirmed the places I received treatment. She set an expectation that this process should take a few weeks to receive all of the responses. However these weeks swiftly turned into months. I was provided an estimate of my total medical fees in late March. This delayed process continued for several months as they pursued payment with the insurance company. It also quickly became apparent that proactive communication was a non priority for this team. I literally only receiving updates after I reached out through multiple venues (email, call Princess, and client support escalation team).
The communication during this process was less than poor. I do not feel that my case was a priority for this team. Being such a large firm, I would have even appreciated an online dashboard where I could monitor the status of my case. This would have prevented me wasting time reaching out to multiple resources just to receive an update from my assigned representative.
It is now September 2022, more than a year after my accident and 10 months after my treatment finished and I am finally concluding this process. While I hope I am never in another accident in need of legal support, I can say with 100% confidence that if I am I WILL NOT be working with Morgan&Morgan.
