Took over a year to settle a simple accident case. Calls rarely returned. when all was done, neither lost wages nor pain and suffering were included in the settlement.

They decided they would not take our case but no one called, texted or emailed us to say that. We wasted time while awaiting their response

Didnt honestly fight my workers comp claim

I'm not happy at all with the firm I was happy in the beginning speaking with Laura and Nayeli then my case was given to Brenda Torres it has been the worst experience working with her keep getting the run around about settling my case they got the insurance check months ago now can't get my money excuse after excuse

They never returned my call

My son was in an accident 11/2019. My family and I are not satisfied with this firm. Neither Brenda Torres or Monica Rivas will return a phone call or email. Mr Durham apparently doesn't value his name so needless to say, I think we are screwed. No communication at all so why did they take our case? We'll never know because their communication is horrible and no one should be posing as a paralegal when they are not. The licensed attorney should always have the final say about a case so it seems like it is something unethical going on with this firm and this raises a red flag. I will not recommended this firm.
