My experience with the company was a very pleasant and uplifting experience, every time I called everyone was pleasant and and professional, Mr.Quinn was very nice, like talking to a friend, the connection was great. I would highly recommend Brock & Stout, if I ever need them again I would not hesitate to call them.

My 25 year old son was in hospital with no insurance he had already applied for. Disability being he was in full blown heart failure. I decided a lawyer could possibly speed things up. Brock and stout is who I called and hired I spoke with them one time when she wanted to rudely tell me when she calls my son needed to answer which at the time he was in a coma so he couldn’t answer her call. The next and final time we spokeHe needed a surgery to help get him off ventilator and breathing on his own again and kept being pushed back for 3 weeks he was put off so I assumed it was because no insurance so desperately called on his lawyer and told her of my fears. She hatefully replied “I can’t make the doctors treat your son” I wasn’t asking her to make the doctors treat my son. I was asking her was there anything she could do on her end to help my son get medical coverage. Nothing I can do it’s a process. So I told her we wouldn’t be needing any services from her firm. I called change healthcare they advocate for people in these kind of situations he had medical coverage the next day. That was in March 2021 my son passed away may 9 2021 from heart failure. They made a decision on his case aug 2021 in his favor for the year his application was waiting on decision his 5 year old daughter would be entitled to that payment. This law firm is going after this money! They were dismissed and we have had no contact since. They will get a third of that money for absolutely nothing and I do mean nothing. And they know it’s wrong! Taking advantage of a situation like this because they can and they know they can. Because being my son passed away he no longer has a voice therefore there is nothing we can do about it!

I was diagnosed with Severe Endometriosis at the age of twenty one. After being diagnosed I went through three major operations. One being a hysterectomy that would change my life forever. Not only did I grow depressed and was still experiencing physical pain. I started experiencing early stages of menopause (at the age of 33) panic attacks and anxiety attacks. Mr. Joseph Campbell was my lawyer and he represented me very well. He prepared me for my hearing and very professional. He went above my expectations. Words can not describe the amount of gratitude in my heart. Because when I was hopeless Brock and Stout and the staff gave me hope. The day that I heard back from SSI I broke down and had a panic attack. The ruled my case fully favorable. I spent years of feeling like a lab rat a guinea pig. Going through hospitals after hospitals and didn't get the proper care. For once I found someone who was not only understanding but empathetic and compassionate. I cant thank you guys enough. Thank you for everything.

I had 2 disability lawyers before that made me feel like I was just a number an pay check to them and then I had the best they treated me like they had known me for years an they were very professional and friendly explained everything to me to where I could understand it they walked me through everything to make me feel more comfortable with what all was going on I would refer any and everyone to them they are the best in my opinion
