I had the good fortune of being represented by Allen Lightcap. From the outset, Allen was compassionate and caring. His demeanor was professional and calm at all times. I always felt like he sincerely cared for me and helping me to the best of his ability. The best part is he was always kind. In the time since, I've had a few occasions to reach out to Allen for various follow up questions, both related and unrelated. He always promptly answered my calls, texts, and emails. Allen went above and beyond in his defense of the criminal charges against me. Not only was I cleared of all criminal charges, but Allen assisted my other attorney, Daniel Woodrum, in the hearing dealing with my educator’s license. Both him and his partner Mark were with me every step of the way. They not only defended me to the highest degree, but truly believed in my innocence.
