They have been with me from beginning to end... they are the best

It started off a little rocky, i was not very happy with them keeping me up to date BUT THEN I got with Pamela :), one of the few agents on my case, and she turned my mind around about the customer service they provide, all in one short 5min call. She continued to stay up to date with me. Has the perfect line of personal AND professional :D THANKS PAM!

They made me feel like no matter what I was going to win. At one point the opposing party's insurance started harrasing me and the other person that was in the vehicle. I was really considering dropping the case. I spoke with K&P and immediately the calls and threats stopped. For me personally the process took longer than expected, it lasted just over a year. Although, I do believe that was due to the opposing insurance not working well with K&P. My spouse was in a 4 car pile up and his case was handled very fast by K&P. If im in another incident I will be a return client. Dylan Karpel was responsive and ready to answer any of my concerns or questions.

I am very happy with the service I am receiving from Kanner and Pintaluga. The staff is great the case managers are awesome I have had very pleasurable experiences with several of the staff members my case manager for one, Miss Adela, and basically anyone that I've spoken with. Miss Adele has kept me informed about my loan which I really need badly due to not working. I am extremely happy so far with my service. You guys continue to do an outstanding job thank you very very much!
