Worst experience with a law team who was supposed to fight “aggressively” on my behalf. It was almost as if they didn’t even feel like “fighting” to win and just took whatever the insurance company proposed, when their (insurance company) driver was at fault. I wish I would’ve went with another law firm. Complete waste of time and energy—they never kept me up to date on my case, I always had to reach out to them to find the status; and then, a lot of times they wouldn’t even know what it was because people kept quitting and no longer worked there that had been assigned to me. And on top of that, they lied to me a number of times about bills, insurance correspondence, and case status. I’m extremely disappointed and their firm took most of my money leaving me with LESS THAN 4k for our WHOLE FAMILY who was in a car accident where another driver was TOTALLY AT FAULT. I wish their slogan and company promises were true, but they are grossly exaggerated.

Excellent experience. Easy to communicate with and very professional. Adela is an excellent case manager.

I would give it more stars due to the end of my experience but in the beginning there was communication then it just stop. No one would respond to any messages I spoke to the lawyer twice then afterwards he was never available. The case manger kept being changed I would call it would take the receptionist forever to answer the phone and finally whenever someone did they would foward me to someones voicemail who was never in the office and never return any calls after I would leave messages. My accident was Nov 1st 2017 I went to the chiropractor for exactly one month which didn't help any (will never use them again) so I was done December 1st contacted the law firm and told them I was done they insured me that they would get the ball rolling and finally in June of 2018 I was fed up and started calling calling calling until this young lady by the name of Alice got on the phone with me because I had raised so much **** she was very nice and didn't miss a beat not only did she understand where I was coming from she really got the ball rolling. She was hands on answered all my calls and responded back to the emails. Alice did her part then she foward me to a lovely lady name Shaneice she was not only great she was awesome she to was great at communicating and responding back and in no time my case is finally settled. Although I wasn't pleased with the outcome being I had been rear-ended (and the laywers who I never could reach got back more money than me) but by August I was just over it. If it wasn't for those two ladies I would've been still sitting waiting. If I could just rate them I would give those LADIES 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but that law firm I wouldn't recommend because of their lack of commutation skills. I've used Montlick & Associates before and Morgan & Morgan and both of those law firms was awesome they communicate and they get the best results and they're also located in the city of Atlanta. Kanner and pintaluga is not located in Atlanta Georgia their main office is in Florida they do have an office here but the people you're dealing with is in the state of Florida which misleading in a way. SO THANK YOU ALICE AND SHANEICE I really appreciate both of your efforts YOU LADIES ROCK! Now I can enjoy my birthday. THANKS AGAIN
