“They will ask you to upload pertinent evidence into their online portal but you will quickly realize that it's seldom read by anyone aside from the administrative staff. My husband would spend countless hours preparing evidence only to receive duplicate request for evidence that he'd already uploaded in the preceding months. This was frustrating, emotionally draining, and ultimately amounted to extremely expensive insufficient representation.”
