I’m switching lawyers and I will advise any of you to do the same if you have hired them or run if you have not hired them. These people have been sitting on my case for over a year. Vanessa Jules lacked communication skills when my case was in her hands. When she concluded her portion with gathering my bills a year later she sent me an email 8/4/24 stating that an agent from the deductions department would be contacting me. It is 10/17/24 today and I have yet to speaking to this deductions person which I found out two weeks ago that her name is A. Rhone. I have emailed her several times along with her supervisor C. Room. No one had the decency to email me or call me. I am about to get another lawyer.
