Very Unprofessional . Went to The Office For A consultation And The Receptionists Were VERY Loud , Cursing , Talking About clients As they Left Definitely Not A profesional Enviornment And Not a Place I would Like to Be Represented By .

The company did not handle this case like they cared about it. They were very slow with responding and updating me about the case. Also the amount I money I expected was a lot less than I what I got. The only person who handled my case with care and got things done was Valdine. She rocks!!!

The worst accident settlement I have ever been apart of was associated with this company. It took them 7 months to settle a claim for my wife. They dragged our case out several weeks stating they were negotiating a lower payment from the chiropractor, that did eventually happen but they were only successful in getting us $200 more. Gwinnett neck and pain clinic is a scam as well. An avg chiropractic visit is below $100 our visits were $250. With 21 visits and them basically doing nothing but steal money from us we ended up getting 1/3 of the settlement. I have had nothing but unprofessional people on the phone and good luck with their automated system it’s a disaster they will transfer you to voice mails all day long. They also claim they are in ATL and they are not their office is somewhere in FLA. Take my advise please I’m not making any of this up! STAY AWAY!!

The worst law firm ever, while i was on the phone with the supervisor, he told me that they had everything including insurance checks from the insurance and was waiting on the attorney to release the funds; the guy that has been working on my daughters account called and left a message saying that they are waiting on state farm before they can move forward. Every time i call they lie and tell me one thing and then the next its another. They have had her case for over 1 year and has not taken care of anything. Everyone just tell you something to get you off the phone. If I could change attorneys at this point i would.

Honestly.. I was in an terrible accident recently, may of 2018.
