Update 1/28/2019 Communication is horrible. I have to continually reach out until my case finally went to reductions and a lady in that dept has been informative but mind you they have had my check since NOVEMBER... we are in late JANUARY going into FEBRUARY and all i hear is “your case is sitting on a lawyers desk” the holidays have long passed and they don’t care that i don’t have my funds as of yet ! Very Shady business to me Update 8/8/2018 Things did get better a bit with their communication but now it has fallen off once again. I have to reach out to them EVERY TIME to get status and it shouldn’t be that way at all Update 5/3/18 The communication has vastly improved since my review. I feel alot better now knowing I'm being kept in the loop and being updated regularly on what is going on. I know this process can be lengthy so I'm working on my patience but thanks to Erica for taking the time to reach out and keeping me Informed greatly appreciated. ----------------------------- Initial review . At this point I'm highly disappointed in this law firm and I wish I hadn't have chosen them to pursue my case. The communication is non existent I have to reach out to them in able to hear anything. Every time I call I always hear that I'm missing bills or records but is that not their job to get those documents and I already made sure once that everything was sent but I'm getting excuses every time or getting calls dropped when I'm simply trying to get Answers as to why my I'm not getting updated at all. I really wish I would of fully done my research before contacting them. They were on it in the beginning now after all the appointments are done their customer service has declined tremendously. I'm looking into another law firm to possibly take over because to my understanding I control who handles my case and why would I leave it in the hands of people who show they dont care. They haven't upheld anything that was said on their voice recordings on the phone or their

These people including Jamal smith and Gerald Reyes have been more than accommodating during these services. Very caring and concerned and timely manner on ever situation!

At first I was easily frustrated because I wanted things done fast. The car accident left me aggravated and frustrated. My sons case was handled by Pamela Saravia and this changed my view on the situation. She was amazing and as soon as she became the person on his case I was relieved.

I received excellent customer service from their professional team. They kept me informed along the way. Special kudos to Brandy Wilson. Thank you for your assistance today. You made the final step painless.

Unprofessional

Horrible customer service had to chase everyone down myself just to get updates on my case. Waited over a year and then once my case was settled I sent Vedline Delice my correct address. She replies to my email and still sent the check to the wrong address. She also stated she will contact me before it was shipped out. Now the check was sent to the wrong address and I have to wait longer on the settlement and process. I wouldn't refer this business to my enemies. Never again and please if you are considering. Go elsewhere they do not care about their customers. It's all about the money. How could you be so negligent with my settlement and send it to the wrong address. But they made sure they got their MONEY. Then when I call the representative is nonchalant and does not show any empathy about my situation! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

This is the worst law firm that ever exist. Once u sign on they treat you unfairly. They hang up in your face. Claudia the case manager is disrespectful. She lies about updates, she refuse to answer phone calls. She do not cooperate with clients. She is very unprofessional and rude. I once spoke with her supervisor he is unprofessional as a leader. I hate that i chose this company. They are stealing clients money. The branch in atlanta has to handle florida cases. They pretty much tries to help the clients. After visting the atlanta office i notice so much security, because the manger at this location is furious and scared of reactions from clients that been mishandle or misrepresent from headquaters. But again claudia with not allow access to paperwork. They lies about reductions and fees. They headquarters is located in Florida. Lets change there name to kanner and Pimpaluga
