I’ve dealt with K&P for a little under a year now and my experience with the team has been amazing.. Service has been phenomenal! From the very start I knew I was in good hands. Not only did they address every concern I had, but they went above and beyond negotiating bills for me and even got me more money than I anticipated. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the team I was assigned, especially Brandy Wilson... She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her to take care of all your needs.. These ppl are soooo unprofessional. My wreck happened over two years ago and I have been calling for the past four months to find out what was going on and the lady (Angela, one of four ppl I have dealt with, not even sure if she's my lawyer) hasn't returned my calls yet. The last I heard the case was going to litigation and that was the last I heard; that was six months ago. I would strongly recommend ANY firm but this one.

After my accident I reached out to Kanner & Pintaluga to help assist me with my injury case. Throughout the entire process I was kept up to date via email and phone about any changes to my case. no stars this is a horrible company to ever represent anyone. Bad customer service. I have been dealing with them now for two years and have spoke to more people then I can count. They sent me other people information. They sent me amounts for doctor bills that were not my amounts after I called all of my doctors. They are horrible I will never use this lawyers office for anything ever. If you are wise you will stay away. I think if I spoke Spanish they would have treated me better.

Do not use this law firm. I was lied to about many things number 1 the amount of my medical bills and two my insurance paying my hospital bills. Its almost a year and now my medical bills are in collections. I need a lawyer to sue these crooks. Trust me their 411 pain commercial is lies. I regret ever calling these people. Ive dealt with more people to count because they quit or get fired. Im over these people and i fired them and they have my money but ignoring my calls and emails. Definitely not good business.

So I got into an accident on the 20th and it's now one week and I am approaching my rent due date and i have called and reached out to them so many times and yes they have answered but I explained to them I need a car to drive to pay bills and have no money and cannot have my child and spouse in the street and still have yet to recieve a rental or check to get a a car.
I will continue to update post.

I have been in contact with every single person on my team dealing with the case. All emails sent i have been cc'd on and consistant phone calls with updates. Can't wait untill the final outcome.

Hello my name is Kenneth Perry. I hired K&P last year for a car accident I was in about a month and a half ago they told me that my case had been settled and it was now going to reductions. So I recently have been calling up there for a status update pending the case. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I constantly leave voicemails hopeing that some will reach out to me with some more information. As I said before I had talked to some one mid febuary . I had to to respond to txt saying that my case had settled and it was going to reductions. That was in mid febuary. I jus called up this last Friday...(of course I was sent to voicemail) and they told me that they had just started working on March 19. They told me it would take 4-8weeks for me to receive what I settled. Instead it took them 4 weeks jus to look at it. These people work on there own time. My father also had issues with them and he had to go down to the building on peach tree city to see about his settlement. As a customer I am entitled to knowing all the information in my settlement as well as updates. I have to call them 3 times and leave a whole bunch of voicemails to receive any information. I have felt neglected as a customer and I am still waiting to receive some information pritaining my case.
