DO NOT, DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They use a bait and hook. First they are very attentive and then you get ignored. It's been almost 2ys and my case is still not settled. I have been calling their for two weeks and keep getting a voicemail. The customer service is Horrible. If you try it you will see for yourself. I really wish I would have read the reviews before deciding on this firm. Don't be me. Go somewhere where you know they respect you and your time. I promise you this place does not. Your a number and a case file. Nothing more nothing less.

Just wanna say to Kanner & Pintaluga Firm they been working with me since I was in accident and still til this very day. They been by my side Working along with me, They are very responsive when it comes to asking questions about your cases. Thanks for working along with me during this rough time.

I have never been in a accident before or even been involved in a law suit before. But I feel that my experience has been flawless. From my initial meeting with Molly Williams and Michael Day to the closing of the suit with Giorgina Vazquez. They have excellent people skills and customer service. It’s so sad that the little catchy song on the black radio stations pull people in with a catchy tune only to take advantage of a minority community. TAKE HEED, oh by the way your attorney will ask “and I saw your updated review I was just wondering why you felt that way?” Its almost like they pay people to give 5 star ratings :-/ Okay so today on 6/26/2018 (exactly a week later) I am here to give my full and unbiased review. YES, my case has been settled as of MAY 9TH 2018 (according to text record when I authorized for myself and my daughter), but I have not received anything from my attorney as of JUNE 26, 2018. For me, this isn't such a big deal because it's only $1200 for myself and maybe $200 for my daughter, but for anyone in a situation where they may need their case resolved in a timely matter, this may not be the firm for you. My car was totalled on November 3, 2017 by a driver in a commercial work van who was driving under suspension and arrested on the scene. My daughter suffered very minor injuries as did I, but we didn't need to visit the emergency room. Ashley Brin (Property Damage Department) helped me with getting repaid for the damage of my car (totalled) 2002 Honda. Within a week she settled it and got a check sent out overnight. Although it wasn't enough to fully repair my car it was the effort I appreciated from her and how kind, aggressive, and understanding she was. After this the medical portion came in (I visited the chiropractor 5 times and my daughter 2 times) so this didn't take long, but seemed to have racked up a $2000.00 bill from a "recommended Dr." ( this didn't bother me either and I never bought it up) In the end my case was settled out for $7000.00 even (By The Way, they start at $25,000 as the asking) for myself and my daughter. I was told by my attorney A. Beecher and his assistant, a young lady with the initials S.H. (I won't post full names), that the insurance company had sent out the final $7000.00 settlement check on JUNE 13TH, 2018 FROM OHIO. The only thing is , it's JUNE 26, 2018 and they say that there is still no check that they've received. This is not the only scary part, the attorney and the assistant say that it's nothing to be concerned about because this is typical timing. Typical timing would mean, WHEN THE CHECK LEAVES THE INSURANCE OFFICE IN OHIO, IT SHOULD ARRIVE TO ANY PLACE IN 7-10 DAYS IF NOT OVERNIGHTED. I'm not really sure what other typical timing they could be referring to if it has been mailed out for 2 weeks now. I don't plan on contacting them any further in regards to this issue because there just seems to be a lack of aggression. UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE BEEN IN 2 PRIOR ACCIDENTS WHICH LEFT MY CAR DRIVEABLE AND NO INJURY SETTLING FOR $15000 AND RECEIVING OVER $9,000.00 BACK EACH TIME. WITH K&P THEY SETTLED FOR $7000 AND I WALK AWAY WITH $1000. Fortunately I have never had this issue before when doing business with BEST & FLATT ATTORNEYS AT LAW or KENNETH E. BERGER. Both lawyers I stated have small offices, thousands of clients, 2 assistants and seem to still be more effective from personal experience. AGAIN THIS IS AN UNBIASED REVIEW JUST MY EXPERIENCE AND COMPARISON. IF ANYONE NEEDS ANY INFORMATION OR HAS A QUESTION, IM SURE I CAN ANSWER AND PROVIDE EXAMPLES. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU! BE PREPARED :-) 06/18/2018)Okay, so it has been 2 weeks since my last update and so far Ashley Brin was still a really big help, and I have increased my star rating. 1st update: I have updated this because I actually received a call back from Merky (lifesaver) in response the calls and emails that no one else would respond to. All I needed was reassurance and will be back to update you guys. Big thanks go to Merky and Ashley so far. 2nd update 4/12/18: So today I spoke with someone by the name of Tamara or Samara I didn't want to continuously ask, but she was very nice and explained some things to me regarding my case, and even though I barely speak to the attorneys or anyone else they are working and its appreciated.

This company leads with a bunch of lies I was given a form to sign after reading the form of settling I contacted the office right away and stated that I do not want to settle for that amount upon her legal advice she advises me that that was not saying that I was settling but the only way that they can negotiate any further I asked this question more than once and was told that it was just the first offer and that does not mean it would be settled true enough the company continued to negotiate but then all of a sudden settled for an amount without discussing that they would settle did not ask me if the amount offered would be fine with me did not communicate anything just settled on something that barely covered my medical bills did not cover my pain and suffering only my lost wages when I contacted the company they said ohh u signed to settle and I’m like that was not what I was told and if that was the case why would you keep negotiating and informing me that you would keep going nothing just rudely talked to by the lawyers don’t use this company know I’m here injured and won’t recieve one dime because they settled without contacting the client and I have nothing but injuries please I repeat don’t waste your time they are fraud and will leave you hurt without a paycheck I’m quite sure all the positive reviews come from different employees they just didn’t fight for nothing and now I’m here looking into a lawyer to fight for them so please don’t call 411 pain cause they are a joke don’t sign anything get another lawyer to look over everything they cannot be trusted get copies of all transcripts between both insurance company and lawyers copies of original checks it’s sad but true cause they will beat you out of the who settlement everyone in this case got something accept me no money only injuries

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL NOT DO YOU RIGHT! ..IM HAVING TO BASICALLY FIGHT WITH THEM TO END MY CASE WITH THE OFFER THAT IS ON THE TABLE...THEY WANT TO WAIT TILL THE OTHET PARTY MAKES ANOTHER OFFER BUT I DO NOT WANT TO WAIT I AM OK WITH WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO GIVE ME SO NOW THEY ARE SAYING MY MEDICAL BILLS HAVE WENT UP AND THAT THEY HAVE TO VERIFY THEM AGAIN BUT THEY HAD TO DO THIS FIRST BEFORE WE COULD EVEN START THE OFFER PROCESS...I GOT IN THE REALLY BAD WRECK BACK IN SEPT 2016 I FINISHED MY TREATMENTS JAN 2017 AND NOW IT'S JAN 2018 AND THEY STILL WON'T LET ME TAKE THE OFFER ON THE TABLE AND WALK AWAY..THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES I HAVE BEEN SO NICE BC I REALLY DON'T NEED THE MONEY BUT I JUST DON'T WANT TO GAIN ANY LEGAL FEE'S OR NUN OF THAT SO I WANT IT TO END BUT THEY WILL NOT LET ME...IF THE OTHER PARTY DOES NOT GO UP ON THE OFFER THEN WE ARE SUPPOSE TO GO TO COURT THEY WASNT EVEN TRYING TO SET THAT UP BUT I JUST WANNA END THIS AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY OFFER THAT IS ALREADY ON THE TABLE AND WALK AWAY AND I BELIEVE IT'S BC THEY ARE WANTING MORE MONEY SMH
