Team 3 did good

I have been waiting a year no one calls me or will email me back .the insurance company has all ready cut my check but they have not said one damn word to me I have called and called ...i would not send anybody to them I want to sue them now

Promised way more from my accident then I expected. Location is very convenient nice and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has been in an accident.

Honestly, I was very skeptical in the beginning when I contracted them, because of all of the negative reviews that I read. &I had to chose wisely to let the right attorney’s handle my case, since my case was a bit complicated.& so far it’s only been 2 weeks, and I am very pleased 😀. I have my rental.& my attorneys are moving fast and are very dedicated to me. I reach out to them during after hours, and they are very responsive and friendly! So I totally would give them a 5 star and I recommend them.

The absolute worst Lawyers in Atlanta! They are extremely slow and you have to keep in contact with them regularly. They pride themselves on their reviews but they need to look a little deeper for the specific teams. I'm assigned to Kevin Sobel's Team #1 - Tracey Berrios, Nestor Valderrama, April Joseph, Gerald Reyes, and Giovanni Rocco. They don't communicate with each other and each time you speak to someone you have to start all over again! My case is pretty simple and isn't worth a lot of money so I'm under the impression that's why they have such a lackadaisical attitude! Stay away from this firm. They lack customer service skills and don't care about how financial devastated you've become due to a car accident or their SLOW SERVICE!

Terrible lawyers! I was involved in my accident over a year ago and my case still isn't settled. I have went through at least 4 different lawyers with this firm and they all have attitudes when you call to check the status of your case, and act as though you are aggravating them. They never have anything done by the time limits they set for you and I was even sent incorrect paperwork to sign to close my case.
