It was great working with this firm. They managed to get me substantially more than what was initially offered. With that being said I appreciate them and all the hard work they put my case

They are full of lies worst ever lawyers they know nothing to you go to fire them and then they know everything and want to make you pay for services they never did use anyone on earth but these people

My experience with them has been great. With the financial aspect, Brandy and Migel Dasan have been great. Even though the process has been long, they have been more than accommodating to help me get financial help. Gerald Ramos has been great with communicating and keeping me updated with the process. They all have answered my questions and are very knowledgeable.

Insurance companies know not to take these commercial lawyers serious. Please do not waste your time. They never return your calls. My case has been going on for well over a year. They will not go to court. Save your time and money. Not worth it!!!

I have beed dealing with this firm from December 2015. I called yesterday to speak to you regarding the fax I sent on Tuesday and was placed on hold from 4:32pm - 4:58pm only for the front desk rep to hang on me up without any explanation. I called back twice and they immediately just transferred me to a voicemail. I called back a fourth time and requested someone of authority to file a complaint and spoke to someone named Kevin who says he does not believe anything I have said regarding the way I'm treated when I called nor does he believe my allegation of not being kept informed throughout my case unless I call them.They have all the records of when they call me but no record of how many times I had to call to a return call. His statement was that I should have called before 5 if I wanted assistance but I called after 5 and my case worker was already gone. This man tells me he's the boss and the head attorney on my case, and that I'm costing them money by continuing to call and that I will get my compensation whenever the reduction phase is done and that process can take time. I never not once asked him about when I would get my money but he automatically made that assumption. I told him when I first called I asked to speak with him to file a complaint. I have never spoken with this man except for yesterday and after my conversation with him regret ever hiring this firm to represent me. He had no regard for anything I said to him. Everytime I call I encounter a rude front desk person having to beg or even demand to speak with a person before I have an opportunity to speak with someone. I have had the worst experience ever from the beginning of this process, my faith in this firm trying to assist me is shattered and I dont believe I will ever see the recovery of any part of the money that I was told was recovered on my behalf in May 2017. If I do great but I believe that I got taken advantage of. I'm the one still dealing with an active injury and no help. I see now that I'm on my own. Never send your loved ones here...don't even recommend your enemies!😤😤

They don't return calls or emails !! Worst company ever don't waste your time !

This by far has been the worse experience of my life. No one ever updates me on my case. I have been waiting forever for an offer update. Every week "me me" tells me to call back the next week. She seem so confused. I always use a local attorney and it goes pretty fast. The one time i opted to call 411-pain, i screwed myself. I'll never use this office again in my life. It's so frustrating. I dont recommend anyone to call the 411 pain number and get this attorney's office. I'll stick to a local Atlanta lawyer.

I have called and called and so no settlement.. I just been getting the run around..

I was involved in car accident and was looking for an attorney. After doing some research Kanner and Pintaluga seemed to be the best option. They have been a great help and I feel reassured that my case is important to them. I'm most impressed with the legal team and their assistance in the different areas of expertise that they provide. Especially Gerald Reyes.... Now if there is something that I would say that I would change it would be the process of updating the client, meaning initially I was receiving a phone call or email at least once a week. As time went on I found that I had to call to see where my case is, however, that's not a deal breaker. My case is still pending but I'm glad to be represented by them. Update 10/18/17 I'm starting to have some concerns regarding my case and how things are not being handled in a timely manner. The worse its gets the stars will slowly get take away Update 11/7/17 The concerns are growing even worse. I'm truly dissapointed. The are not following through on their promises or call backs. 11/15/17 I added a star back to my review because they have stepped up the communication but there are still a few things regarding medical bills that should have been done awhile ago that is keeping me from adding more. 11/28/17 Communication has made a vast improvement. The case managers are touching base more often and keeping me updated as things progress. Especially have been impressed with Brandy who I feel has been taking my case personally and cracking down on some loose ends. 1/11/18 Its been a second since I updated my review. I'm approaching the end of my case however I'm saddened that its still not complete when it should have been done by now. That's what concerns me, that my new case managers only got on top of things only until when I applied pressure. Hoping to get things resolved and closed ASAP. 2/19/18 I'm EXTREMELY disappointed that my case hasn't been closed especially since my bills have been pain and zeroed out. I really can't say I recommend this law office to anyone when I have friends with other organizations who have gotten through this process much quicker.
