What can I say first, Kanner and Pintaluga, Mr. Kevin Sobel is an amazing attorney. His staff are a complete blessing, from the beginning, middle, and end. Two people that I want to acknowledge for their hard work and tenacity and they are a complete blessing to this firm are Ms. Katherine Cardona and Ms. Sophie Hernandez. These two ladies definitely know what they are doing! Very professional, intuitive, and respond back immediately and have all the answers to your questions. I want to "thank you both" for EVERYTHING you have done for me! This is my second accident using this firm, and I definitely will be continuing to recommend them. I should have done more research before using this company! Such a scam, they care more about themselves than the client and they take advantage of the people who don't have medical insurance. Once my case was done, I will use the words of my wife and "didn't have enough to put gas in the car that I no longer had!" You do the math. Thanks so much guys!

Waste of damn time!! The whole time they assure you that they have your best interest at heart and they really don't. Its all about the money for them. You get left holding the bag, to take care of things for yourself, from transportation, to getting back to work. They are basically getting paid off you and by the time you settle, its not enough to put gas in the car you no longer have. No one checks on you, they give you the run around when you call, and are always in a hurry like you are the bad guy. Its a hassle and a headache especially when you were the one injured. Never again, I will figure out my own payment plan with the hospital and doctor's office before I EVER USE THEM AGAIN!

My experience was anything but helpful they rarely did work I had to do mostly everything for my case I didn't really need them it was a waste of money and time and when I tried to fire them early in my case they still tried to make me pay a bogus amount they got more money back than I did and one of my fingers was broke another was a fracture and my back was messed up it was a bogus lawyer group that I will never use or recommend to anymore else to use

It's amazing how one person can spoil it for the entire company. Everyone was great on the bodily injury side of my case. The ones handling my property damage case is horrible. I have to contact them about my case as well as wait for a response that takes a minute. I have already closed my bodily injury case and I am still waiting on my rental reimbursement. They act like they don't know what they are doing, and every time I talk to them it was something different. I hope and pray they keep their bodily injury team together because they are awesome. I wish they didn't both.

This defendants insurance company accepted liability for this accident, we were hit, he was wrong cut and dry; it was not $1700.00 worth of investigation needed to figure that out. I honestly don't feel as if this law firm worked in the better interest of me, the client. The client that suffered the injuries and was out of work for over a week. Things like that may not mean much to you all, but to a single working mother a week without work means something is getting cut this month. My back will never be the same, and I hire a firm to represent me and they come out $500 on top of me, THE CLIENT. The big time practices take advantage of poor people like me without health insurance, because this is a total scam. Out of a settlement of $5100, I receive $1200. No sir!!!! This is not over. It cannot.

This review is in reference to Jose Hernandez @ the office of Kanner & Pintaluga. Within the time that Jose has taken over my case he has done excellent work. In just speaking to him I felt that I could trust him. I feel this man has really went above and beyond, not just because he got the job done but he was the only one that has returned phone calls and I never once had to chase him down for anything! I really appreciate a person that loves what they do and especially when it shows. It seems like he cares about his clients. He called to update me on the case to keep me in the loop and was very thorough and to this man I say thank you & God Bless You! Thank you to the team as well even though I never really had contact with them...

My experience dealing with Jose Hernandez was better than I can ask for. He kept me abreast to everything that was going on with my case. Whenever I reached out to him whether it was via email or telephone, he always responded quickly. He was always very professional and had my best interest in mind.
