“She is impossible to reach - like you will not get an email back (which she prefers over calls/texts). She talks to you like a child/dumb when answering questions at times as well.”

“She looks tired and overworked (I guess) because she certainly didnt have energy for my case. vile and cold- hearted. do not recommend for anything. Does not listen very well.”

“She humiliated me further saying that I was speaking too loudly and asked me if I like to be in a holding cell. She mocked me and belittled me further by saying use your inside voice.”
