They actually deserve less than one star. After becoming a client and them accepting my case. They appointed a case manager and an attorney to represent me. An appointment was set for the case manager to get in contact with me. It was stated that if I wasn't contacted on the first appointment there was a second appointment made at a later time for them to contact me. I never was contacted within those two weeks nor those appointments. I decided to contact the case manager myself who never returned my phone calls or voice messages. After 3 weeks had gone by. Still no word from any case manager or attorney. I again tried to reach out and customer service tried to contact the case manager while I was on hold on the phone. After being on hold for maybe a minute or so customer service returned and said that they couldn't get a hold of the case manager and that they would leave them a message to get in contact with me. Several days went by and I still didn't hear from the case manager. I decided it was time to hire a new attorney and not use this company. The proper paperwork was sent to them to let them know that I was changing attorneys. I honestly should have checked their reviews before I contacted them. If you look at the reviews you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Their commercials are definitely deceeiving.

I've not received a call back from Shavon Despite calling for her over a week ago. Is anyone monitoring these comments? So I got a call back .......... Shavon seems to know the broad strokes of your process but I dislike her approach and lack of detail. "We'll negotiate that" is not a very specific answer. Shavon definitely lacks any empathy for me as a client. Maybe we're just not a good fit, perhaps I'll feel better after a face to face. Overall while I believe this case is a slam dunk the way you're handling me is not garnering any recommendations in the future.

The case process went okay, but you get the run around when it comes to getting paid in the end. First I was told my payment was mailed on a specific day just to call back and find out it wasn’t. Fast forward to today, I called the number printed on my settlement check 5 times in a row just to be hung up on or “disconnected” during a transfer. My bank even called them numerous times to verify my check just for the call to go straight to the voicemail of Angela Washington every single time. It’s a bit frustrating because it’s postponing a few very important bills I need to handle. Communication issues are really the only flaw this firm has. Other than that they were great. Shout out Garth Dual!

Selena has been clear and concise with every thing she has told me. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has managed to do the one thing that I require - no matter what – she answered the phone. For a large firm they were easy to deal with.

So far so good, my Case Manager. Has been upfront with. And let me know what two look for, from the upcoming months.
