Overall Morgan &Morgan has been a fairly good firm. My case is still open going on 3 and a half years now. They helped get me treatment for the injuries i received in an automobile accident from a negligent party. This accident has destroyed my health, deteriorated my mental health, ruined my career to advance, deprived me of opportunity to work during a period when the greatest opportunities were available, ruined my financial welfare, and has degraded my pursuit of happiness to a point where im below rock bottom in life. When the insurance company gave me a very low ball offer in mediation my attorney stood by me. My attorney and staff responds and communicates to me within a reasonable amount of time, usually within a few days and sometimes same day in response to my questions and concerns. I am hanging on to the thought that there is still good faith in our system, that there is still hope. I still havent seen justice yet but, i know this takes time and there is a lengthy process for this system. I feel Morgan & Morgan is in the fight to for the best interest of my future. If you are in pain, suffering, anguish, and deteriorated from injuries and are fighting against an insurance company or party that does not care about you then you need to call Morgan & Morgan for they will help you in your case. Like i said, the resolution isnt here just yet but i feel that the other party will soon realize the infitesimal damage they caused to me and do what is right through the help of Morgan & Morgan. I called for help cause I seen they were handling cases for issues concerning a base I was stationed on. I was transferred to an answering service person who was a bit rude and condescending. When I was asked questions about my condition concerning my case, he was vague, so when I started to answer, he cut me off and stated that some of my conditions had nothing to do with the issue I was claiming. I explained that I’m not a doctor and he asked for my medical conditions, all conditions, how do I know what is related for a claim for exposure to elements on a base that I was on years ago? Then they call back a few days later and say they can’t help but they did give me a number to call. Now I had them help me for past issues and they were fantastic! Not any more I guess…..
