Good Morning to all who are concerned, I’m extremely confused, because my case has finished and I now waiting on my funding and I’ve received a complete run around, I came to his firm after being given the run around from another firm, I appreciate them welcoming me and my case, 🫣well we are now into the third week after the case has been settled and the check has been mailed to their office and been verified to be in their possession, it’s been verified, that the young person whose responsible for receiving the mailed check from the insurance company. In short they got the money, and receiving interest from the check being deposited in their corporate or business account. At the writing this, I’ve not received my money, talking with those in charge of sending my payment, have know as of today 8/23/2023 I’ve not been given any reliable and credible information, it seems as though I’m going to have to take my case to the Attorney General office, of Atlanta Georgia, for failure to give money in a timely manner as promised, because it seems, their are select few of Us, who’ve had a been experience with this and many places like this one, now before they come back with a complete falsehood about me and my case, which has been settled and all they’ve got to do release my funding, no more having me to wait🫣 for what I don’t know? Today is Saturday a day after Friday, which is the day after I should’ve received my settlement money through ACH, it hasn’t happened, I’ve asked as of Yesterday to Speak to Attorney Dennis, so I’ll keep everyone abreast what happens?ill not talk about the behavior of the Young Lady who handled my case, that’s for another conversation, please know I have desire to continue talking about anything other than receiving my money in either the form of a check, a verified ACH payment, after today, I’ll be seeking seeking other forms of Mediation. I would pray that they see this Critique of my experience and readily address this situation immediately. It’s time to do the right thing.

Hands down I know public defenders better than brian , he is a sell out , gave him 50k and he plea my lil brother out and we had evidence that my brother was not the shooter brian sold us out don't trust him

Mr. Akiti was very professional while dealing with him. He actually cared about my case and my concerns. He made me feel at ease during this process. He was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had no matter if it was the weekend or on the evening. He was even trying to comfort me during my sentencing. He took the time to explain everything after sentencing. I was beyond pleased with his service and would definitely use him again, hopefully it won’t be needed, but definitely recommend him to friends who need a good attorney who will fight for you and make you feel like someone is on your side.

She went above and beyond to help me and made sure that I was informed about each and every detail that pertained to my case. She made every step of the process easy and efficient. All of you writing these positive reviews for this firm, I'm glad you all had a positive outcome with them and they did for you what they said they would do. I definitely cannot say any of that about them. Took our money and did nothing. Don't even talk about the lies they told us. Not bitter because of the outcome. Bitter because their services were horrible and they lied. If we knew then what we know now, a court appointed attorney would have been just fine and we could have saved our money.
