Lowther | Walker is the best in the business. My fiancee was in a horrible, time sensitive, situation with his prior Criminal Defense Attorney while facing a sentencing hearing. While my federal appeal is still in progress, Serguel Akiti presented an outstanding oral argument for me. The, written direct appeal was equally coherent and effective. While attorneys are busy and sometimes unavailable, causing us to need to keep on top of them, their response, scheduling, and execution were all evident and effective in the end.
