My very first interaction over the phone to setting up an appointment to see the firm in person was a great experience! The firm was beautiful and Alexis my representative is handling my case very well! Hopefully I can return with even better news! So far so good! When I initially searched for a firm, I was so stressed and had no idea how I was going to pay. However, from the start my expectations were exceeded. Dante provided a new perspective on my situation and even gave me options on how I could afford representation. From there, all my questions were answered from the staff upon request. I also loved how I could see all my billing in the client portal. I especially enjoyed my attorney! He advocated for me and was so no nonsense! He explained things thoroughly and even was very personable. I enjoyed my experience. It was a stressful time but you all made it soooo much better. I didn’t have to stress one once the process began. The turn around time was great also. Thank you all!
