Brian Tevis is a fantastic attorney. He works really hard for his clients, and, no matter how busy he might be, he is always willing to help other attorneys with their questions. He's always very prepared and professional in the courtroom. I've seen him get cases dismissed; I've seen him win motions; and I've seen him get Not Guilty verdicts. He's always willing to fight for his clients, and they always seem happy.

We contacted Mr. Pate after researching the best attorney to handle the type of charge my son was facing. Because he immediately began an independent investigation of the case (and did not wait until near the trial date), we were protected from false witnesses, poor memories, passage of time, etc. When we finally went to court 15 months later, we felt as though Mr. Pate knew our family personally and that we had his undivided attention. His knowledge of the law convinced the judge to allow some essential evidence into testimony that had a significant positive impact on our case.
