I want to thank Brian at the Tevis Law Firm for all the amazing work he provided me in a difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Brian on a double murder case in Fulton County in 2013. He is a very gifted lawyer who takes the time to explain the process to his clients. His prior experience as a public defender serves him well now that he is in private practice. He has logged more court time than many private defense attorneys and it shows. After being charged with 7 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a minor I found myself in need a very skilled and respected Law Firm. After speaking with several firms I chose the Pate Law Firm. Immediately after hiring the Pate Law Firm Page Pate began managing every single detail of my case as if I were his only client. Within 24 hours Mr. Pate traveled across the state to make sure he appeared at my bond hearing, this effort would secure a very difficult bond and afford me the ability to remain out of jail while he defended my case. Throughout the entire case Mr. Pate was always very up front with me. I never had to wonder where I stood or what I should expect. Mr. Pate wasn’t always able to give me the answers I wanted to hear however what he did tell me was always very accurate and honest. I was never surprised or blindsided by anything. Because of the firms extensive history I was also very impressed and lucky to have resources that in the end would ultimately assist in allowing me to remain out of prison. After a year of motions, hearings etc. Mr. Pate ended up securing a probation only verdict in a case that was seeking a minimum of 5 years in prison.
