I used this office for my car wreck and they did an amazing job. They handled all the paperwork and got me a really decent settlement!! More than I expected to say the least. I would totally use this office again or recommend them to get you the most $.

Attorney Kish is AWESOME. The thing that impressed me most about Mr. Kish is the fact that he cared. I went to his office in a panic, as my case involved dealing with the government. He displayed a definite sense of caring, not just that I was a client, but someone who he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. And help he did! I left his office very relaxed and at ease, confident that my case was safe in his hands. He exceeded all my expectations. Not only did he handle my case expertly and easily. Apparently it was so easy he gave me a refund. What Lawyer does that?? I could not recommend a better Lawyer if you are in need of legal assistance. This guy is the BEST!!!!.

Horrible experience!! I had Clyde Rickard as an attorney 3 years ago in an accident case. He was referred to me by The Family Practice and Wellness center in Cartersville GA! The settlement was $12,000 and I only walked away with $2,000! He had chiropractic fees on there for $7,000! I only went for 2 months! They were friends, that’s what the owner of the Family Practice and Wellness center told me and he assured me that I would be taken care of after dropping Ken Nugent as my attorney at the time. I walked away with pennies! I would NOT recommend. Educate yourselves people! Some of these attorneys are just preying on people to take advantage of.

I worked with Clyde and the staff at Rickard and Nix on my auto accident case and the results were very very good. I would say five star results. I would recommend this Law firm to everyone.

I was in an accident 3 years ago when other lawyers didn't think my case was worth anything the law firm of Rickard & Nix took my case. Treated me like family, keep me up to date with my case, showed concern about my injuries, and well being. If I'm in another accident I refuse to go to another attorney because of my treatment with these attorneys no matter what situation that I might need legal advice I will always call them 1st, and ask their recommendation.
