I enjoyed working with Council and Associates ! They worked hard to settle my case and get me the biggest payout.Everyone on my case was professional and was informed on the what was going on with it. I pray I will never be i this situation anymore but I know who to call if I do!

I can appreciate the attention to detail with working with Council & Associates. They literally made sure to handle every aspect of my case and kept me updated. I often hear how other law firms make the client track and search down information for them. Not this firm, the small things they requested from me to handle were simple things, I would have to gather from my employer or maybe my doctor bills that I had from the day of my accident. However, moving forward they did all the heavy lifting. I never felt like they were not responsive to my questions. And if I had any questions, I always got a quick reply and follow up and that to me is very important. The only thing I say was a small inconvenience was I had been working with one person for most of my case Desire(She is great by the way)and then someone else got assigned to me and I wasn’t updated before the change. I just got a call about my case and I was like, wait who are you? However, Wayne was still just as good and kept the same relationship with me as I started with. In the end, they worked to get me a fair settlement and all my medical bills were covered. I would definitely recommend Council & Associates to help you.

My Case Handler Edie was amazing since it being my first accident ever an being young she told me how to go about the whole car insurance situation also about them getting me a rental she called and check up on me and asked me how my treatment was going.
