This company does not communicate at all.. they lied about the process. A lady told me they are waiting on someone to sign of to disperse my funds and they will keep me updated.. months went by into the new year and still no updates, when I call them I can almost never reach my case manager., when I did reach him he mentioned they were still collecting my medical bills after someone assured me they have received all of them and they were working on payout I will never recommend this company or choose them ever again.. Bad business ‼️

5 stars best service if they take a minute it's because they try to get u the highest amount of money they can get so be patient it's worth the wait and make sure u go to the chiropractor so they can negotiate a good paycheck for u they are very professional so if u n need of money they will set u up with a loan company and they will direct deposit it in your account fast when the account is settled they will send your check in the mail after the reductions thank u kanner and pintaluga for helping me with my case 5 stars ✨

Zero stars they have had me waiting since November for an update I have had my case since April 23’ I have repeatedly been lied to about an update and always claim they are waiting on medical bills something they have already had since November it makes no sense I done their job for them numerous times and they feel as if they’re entitled to more money than what you get from your case they are NEVER in the office or someone is on break just so you can’t know what’s going on with your case they told me I didn’t have to accept 2500 then wait 4 months then say that’s your only option and expect you not to be mad at that here it is February and they say if they drop my case they will still get paid when they had did nothing but lied to me I DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND

this was my very first experience hiring an attorney for my car accident. i can say i am glad that it was Terrell Johnson at Kanner & Pintaluga. He was easy to reach and always replied within the same day. He accepted every request that I had regarding my pain and suffering. My case was settled and I walked away with everything I wanted/needed. If I ever need legal help, I will definitely be coming back to Kanner & Pintaluga requesting Mr. Terrell Johnson.
