I would like to give Michelle 5 stars ++ if I could. Her customer service was beyond 5 stars My whole experience with KP has been great. I first tried to go with morgan /morgan but after initially saying they would my case, they turned around and wouldn't take it. My wife said you need to call 1-800-411-pain and I spoke to someone and they said we can take your case. Everyone did an excellent job in keeping me informed every step of the way. Michelle was excellent! in keeping me informed and spoke to me in easy to understand and to the point and welcomed me to ask questions. I didn't have any at the time, but when I had some, I reached out on the phone and email and she got right back to me. K&P told me what the initial settlement would be but we are trying to get more for you, and they did and it was fair what I expected. They were always trying ways to get me more and they came through. There were times I felt it was taking a long time and wanted to call and ask "what's taking so long" but I said I believe they know what they are doing so don't nag, they will tell you what you need to know when you need to know" I completely trusted their process" Michelle called me early (7:46 am) in the morning and informed me "we got you more money and your case is settled, but were still not finished we are going to see if we can get your medical bills reduced so you can get more". Michelle, thank you so much for all your help in my case. Thank you for your dedication to your job. Thank you for being real, I consider you "family...Auntee".God Bless you. K&P are very lucky to have on their team as well as mine. P.S. I would like to say thank you to Morgan & Morgan too for a lousy job by not taking my case and allowing me contact K&P. I made the right choice with K&P simply did their job.

I got into an accident and I called this place they assisted my need fairly faster then other companies I have been to. This company assisted with finding the right chiropractic (Boy was he awesome!! Loved that dude!) I love how this company assisted in a timely manner with my concerns & money and even when I called; especially ANGELICA GUZMAN!!! Thank you so much for everything… I would recommend this place!

Communication sucks, my accident was in November 2022 and it’s now end of September 2024 and we are still waiting. I don’t recommend this firm!!!! I regret contacting them! They barely respond to emails. Never again will I contact K&P! It’s almost been 2 years and still not settlement. They give you the runaround.

Very unprofessional, very unorganized, and does not respond to emails. I should have never trusted them with my case.

My stars don't really describe the firm but better much so the people inside the firm. First let me start by stating I would personally give this firm 3.5 -4 stars due to them being a decent firm. Now to my opinion I feel like matters and to leave hope to the ones dealing with anything. My lawyer I think Ms. Alyssa, was great, also Mr. Julian was great and communicative throughout the process. My process was lengthy and was starting to become hectic, but Ms. Carol took my case over and for me I wish I could have given her personally way more stars. Overall decent firm, everyone has a life at the end of the day but if you get in touch with someone who communicates and let you know about whatever you have in mind on your case is a blessing .
