Michelle is horrible! Do not use this firm! My MINOR accident happened on Dec 17, 2022 lol I haven’t heard from anyone from the firm in two months. They will try to coach you into receiving treatment that’s not needed. Wanted me to complete TWO MRIs. For a FENDER BENDER. My medical bills were 21k because of their referrals(which we know those costs are cut). At this point im just glad my car is fixed. I am reporting them, and leaving a review in every place possible. Stop using urban radio to scam people.

I’m at the final processing stage on my settlement and now I can’t get anyone to come to the phone! I communicated with Taylor Gibson on November 2, 2023 about the final stages of my case. She informed me that it would take 10-14 days to process and then I should hear back and once everything was cleared my check would be overnighted. After not hearing back I’ve reached out as a gentle reminder and have not heard anything back! I’ve sent emails and voicemails much to no avail! I even contacted her supervisor Chloe, same treatment! BEWARE, WHEN IT COMES TIME TO SETTLE AND RECEIVE YOUR FUNDS THEY MAY START IGNORING YOU!

i regret using these people 🤦🏾‍♂️ they are very unprofessional and don't do their jobs . Can't get in contact with anybody ever. They all dodge your calls .

Only thing good about these people is the advertising . I'm sure they paid for good reviews . I recommend no one too them their fees are also higher then almost any other accident attorneys and they don't do anything .. they are scammers who will dodge you and lie all day

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with for an accident THEY ARE TRASHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Turn around go the other way !!!! No one does their job ! And they are all liars

THIS IS THE WORST FIRM IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost a year and still no progress THEY JUST LIE about everything !!!!!! DONT WORK WITH THEM !!!!!! I promise you will regret it . They ignore every call ,unless they want something from you they are ghosts and they don't handle anything properly or expediently. I Regret using these people so much. Better off doing this myself

Michelle Forbes is so kind and such a sweetheart she’s very professional and a great communicator.

When my accident first happened I was assigned one caseworker and he wasn’t all that great but then they switched me to Michelle and she got the ball rolling. She has been very attentive and making things move a lot faster than before! I recommend Kenner & Pentaluga to anyone! They get the job done and I thank them.

Total waste of time! Please choose another firm. Video footage was available of my accident and this firm NEVER tried to obtain the footage from the restaurant. I originally requested the footage but was told it needed to be requested by the police or my lawyer. Not only did the Lawyer never get the footage (which has since been erased) she did a terrible job with communication. Do not use these big law firms. They don’t care about you as a person you’re just a number. I have since switched law firms and they have been extremely helpful. The driver is going to get away with hitting me all because my lawyer was too busy to request camera footage. If you value your family and your life CHOOSE ANOTHER FIRM. They need a 0 stars option.

In the beginning i was uncertain of how the situation would end, but this law firm assured me every step of the way that we were headed in the right direction. I do not know what I would have done without them. Thank you so much....and michelle was awesome with consistent communication as well as her bubbly personality which kept me upbeat throughout this entire process. Thank you so much.
